Description
OR Cabos was born from an architectural proposal inspired by the shape of a fan. This formal solution not only provides a distinctive character to the project, but also optimizes both horizontal and vertical views, allowing maximum enjoyment of the vast landscape of Baja California Sur. From this privileged location, residents can appreciate the visual richness that combines the desert with the proximity of the ocean.
Designed as a residential development perfectly integrated into the natural environment, OR Cabos offers a balance of openness and privacy in each of its units. The strategic arrangement of the spaces guarantees ample views and light, while preserving the privacy of the residents.
The materiality of the project plays a fundamental role in its integration into the landscape. The concrete used is pigmented to resemble the stone tone of the surrounding landscape, achieving a resemblance that subtly and respectfully dialogues with the environment. This approach seeks not only to reflect the beauty of the context, but also to convey a sense of harmony between the architecture and the surrounding nature.
